the heat sink block as a precision die casting.
The heat sink block is cast in a precision-machined steel
tool in a cold chamber die casting machine.

| The finished die cast aluminum blocks are sent to the OEM plant where
the blocks are bolted to the forged steel base
plate/shoe.
The track block assembly is then molded in abrasion-resistant
rubber.
